The economic operators involved in the process of conclusion of this contract requireare engaged in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union must be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their country of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to AppendixSection A of Law 4412 / 2016.
