Subject of Performance orders are delivery of two Quantum optic assemblies Quantum optic set 1 and Quantum optic set 2, for the FNSPE CTU in Pragueof the OPVVV CZ.02.1.01 / 0.0 / 0.0 / 16_017 / 0002278 (especially in the departments of physics electronics, physics, solid paint engineering, mathematics and materials departments), according to the technical specification given in Annex 4 ZD.

Basic eligibility in accordance with - 74 of the Public Procurement Act by submitting documents pursuant to - 75 para. a) to f) of the Public Procurement Act; Professional eligibility under Section 77 (1) ZZVZ - Supplierit shall provide a statement from the Commercial Register or other similar register, if any other legal regulation requires such registration;

The Contracting Authority does not impose any conditions for fulfilling the economic qualification with respect to the subject of performance of the public contract.
