Reciprocal Analyzer for Bacterial and Viral Antibodies

Acquisition is a self-automatic analyzer placed in the HUSLAB House in the Virology and Immunology Laboratory. The acquisition will be carried out on the basis of the recourse fee (price EUR / test) and the contract period will be three-(3) one (1) one (1) year. The subject matter of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The acquisition is based on a self-automatic analyzer for bacterial and viral antibody studies in the HUSLAB House virology and immunology laboratory. The pricing should cover the analyzer, reagents, controls, and even the supercharger required for the test capacity. Has a principle of inspiration, in 2017, the research ground element, as set out in the Annex, Research Earth Marks and Pricing. The bidder must be informed of the price information (EUR / test) for price comparison in accordance with the instructions given in the appendix.

HUS will not be bound by the invitation to tender for the maeers. Acquisition is carried out by means of a recourse remuneration (price EUR / test).(3) years, with two (2) one year (1) year optiy year, 3 1 1.

Alternative and parallel offers:

Alternative offers are not allowed. Parallel offers are allowed. The offerer offers a parallel bid, and the bidder must make a parallel bid so that it will comply with all the requirements of the invitation to tender and with the offerthe required attachments. The parallel bid is always separate from its own offer. Parallel offers may be given up to two (2) copies.

Subcontracting:

Provider may caeyttaeae subcontractors. The supplier is responsible for the subcontractor's job as his own in relation to the contracting entity. The contracting entity signs the contract only with the company that has bid the tender. Creating a Procurementit is desirable to subcontractors.

The names of the subcontractors must be given the following information:

- the subcontractor the company's official name and business ID,

- the role of the subcontractor in procurement,

- contact details (including country, Michael other than Finland).

Subcontractor information should be provided with a separate attachment, into the bid, and the appendix will nimetae the subcontractor's details.

Named alcontractors are considered to be the provider's resources. Therefore, bidders must undertake to make sure that the subcontractors designated in the bid are cautious for the execution of the contract, Michael's bidder will be selected. The successful tenderer must directly provide the certificates and reports corresponding to the subcontractors involved in the provision of the service as required before the formsignature of a pact.

Grupittymae:

Offering group play is allowed. The group will be able to sign the last signing of the contract at the time of signing one (1) organization that will handle all communication with HUS-Logistics. However, all of the grouped shares, together, are responsible for contractual liabilities by signing the contract. You have to commit yourself to groupageIf the bidding group named in the bidding is cautious for the completion of the contract, Michael will be selected.
