The subject of the public procurement is the UV / VIS spectrophotometer supply, including accessories. The subject of the public order is besides the installation itself, the training of the operator by a qualified worker and the guarantee of a service. Subject of public procurement is the supply of UV / VIS spectrophotometer, including accessories. The subject of the public order is besides the installation itself, the training of the operator by a qualified worker and the guarantee of a service. For detailed technical specifications, refer to Section 2.2 Documentation.

Parts of the supplies must be fitted with the necessary equipment, allowing complete installation of the complete-of the required equipment, without any further interference and expense on the part of the Contracting Authority to achieve all the parameters required by the Contracting Authority in the Documentation.

The equipment must comply with all the technical and safety standards applicable in the Czech Republic for this type of equipment. Components are also provided with the complete documentation of the equipment.

The supplier proves that the conditions of the basic conditionthose laid down in Section 74 (1) of the a) - e) Law in the form of Section 75, Par. The Contractor proves the fulfillment of the professional competence pursuant to Section 77 of the Act in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: - pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act - the Commercial Register Extract, if it is entered in it, or a copy from another similar register, unless otherwise required by law to be recorded in such records.
