The purpose of the Public Market is the supply of hotel products and of maintenance for the Reims University Hospital Center.

Wipes for single use - surfaces and small material medical. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and an annual maximum, expressed in value: minimum: EUR 10, 000, maximum: EUR 50, 000

For a candidate applying alone or for each member of the group of economic operators, are provided the declarations and information required in the letter of application and appointment of the representative by his co-contractors (DC1 in the version of 26.10.2016 or free form) and in particular:

(a) the presentation of the candidate, alone or in a group of undertakings (with the name of the representative, the form of the grouping, where appropriate the role of the representative of the joint group, and the distribution of the benefits); (b) the declaration on the honor of the individual candidate or of each member of the grouping to justify that he does not enter any of thebidding provided for in Articles 45 and 48 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015

For a candidate applying alone or for each member of the group of economic operators, a declaration concerning the turnover candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering at mostthe last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the start of activity of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures is available. The candidate can provide this information via form DC2 in the version of 26.10.2016 or in free form

If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is not-able to produce the information and documents requested concerning the economic and financial capacity he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other means considered appropriate by the University Hospital Center. - the consultation file can be obtained free of charge until the closing date and time for submission of tenders:
