- compliance with the national labor contract and possible territorial and / or company integrations and safety regulations in the workplace, tothe terms of Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as all the legal obligations towards employees or members,

- only for operators with registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001: authorization issued under the D.M. 14.12.2010

- there is no subsistence, also referring to the possible / to the eventual subcontractors, of the causes ofexclusion pursuant to art. 80, co. 1, 2, 4 and 5, of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
