Work to be performed in connection with the construction of a new sports center and a new education and reception service

Lot 4: Exterior joinery and cladding.

Lot 4: Exterior carpentry and cladding.

The project develops in 2 distinct phases: the 1 phase of the project consists in the construction of a sports center and the extension of the House Communale. The 2 phase of the project consists in the construction of a service of education and reception for children (SEA).

Sports center (phase I): work of outside joineries of type:

- chassis aluminum wood, triple glazing: l' all the chassis is equipe is equipe of the metal frames as well as of external blinds, with slats, motorises. Approximate area to cover: 120 m,

- doors en aluminum, solid or with triple glazing. Approximate area to cover: 50 m,

- curtain walls, aluminum wood, with load-bearing interior wood structure, with a curtain wall on double height with corner window. The double height curtain wall is equipped with external blinds, slats, motorized. Approximate surface to cover: 130 m,

- exterior cladding and interior cladding, cladding type en aluminum, perforated and bent, with aluminum thresholds. Approximate area to cover: 490 m.

Education and reception service (phase II): exterior carpentry work type:

- aluminum frame wood, triple glazing. The chassis is equipped with metal frames or aluminum bezels, as well as external blinds, slats, motorized. Approximate area acover: 479 m,

- aluminum doors, solid or with triple glazing. Approximate area to cover: 34 m,

- curtain walls, wooden alu, with internal load-bearing timber structure, Approximate surface to be covered: 47 m,

- exterior cladding and interior perforated and aluminum plywood work, with cladding passing partially in front windows and with aluminum thresholds. Approximate surfaceive to cover: 450 m.

Start of work phase I: June 2019.

Duration of work phase I: 53 working days.

Beginning of work phase II: May 2021.

Duration of work phase II: 72 working days.

The following minimum conditions are required:

- minimum number of staff of the economic operator occupies in the trade concerns: 40 people,

- minimum annual turnover in the trade confor the last legally available exercise: 3 000 000 EUR,

- minimum number of references for similar works and of the same kind: 3 references. These references must be supported by certificates of good execution.

Tenders in accordance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 8.4.2018 implementing the Public Procurement Act of 8.4.2018 and modifying the threshold provided for in Article 106, point 10o of the amended Communal Law of 13.12.1988 and introducing the registration at Bertrange - Lot 4: Exterior carpentry and cladding are to be put back on the public markets portal www.pmp.lu for the opening of the-submission.
