The object of the procurement is a career coaching service for job seekers, the aim of which is to provide opportunities and support

Northjois-Karelian ELY Center requests an offer for a career coaching service in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes

The service to be procured and its objectives are described in the service description attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1). The contracting entity selects one (1) supplier with whom to conclude a framework agreement.a, nor does the agreement constitute a purchase obligation for the buyer. The contracting entity reserves the right not to procure the service provided in the invitation to tender or to procure only part of it. The procurement of tenders made on the basis of Taemae`s call for tenders will be carried out in accordance with customer needs and within the framework of the soil emissions funds available in the budget year. The contracting entity may implementguarantee the service to be procured, if necessary with the financing of the European Social Fund (ESF)
