Rijksbrede HR recruitment and selection solution.

With this public procurement, the contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement with one contractor for the delivery of a Rijksbrede HR recruitment and selection solution to assist in, through and outflow of employees of the empire eA Defense (for Defense only influences employees (both military and citizen) within the scope). The Rijksbrede HR recruitment and selection solution should be delivered as a SaaS solution.

The current number of users of the Rijksbrede HR recruitment and selection solution concerns:

- about 40 (functional) administrators;

- approximately 430 recruiters / Career counselorS / employees recruitment and selection;

- approximately 4 500 managers / job holders;

- approximately 118 500 applicants / candidates / interested parties.

The client expects approximately 6 600 vacancies for approximately 11 700 positions and approximately 77 000 applications for certain participants uncertain participants.
