OH Online Appointment Booking (OTB) 2020 (Open House)

The funding community runs a web application that accesses a web service for doctor search from the Health Foundation. The foundation is, according to the statutes, the owner of the list of doctors. The funding community supports the work in accordance with the statuteswith the foundation and carries out other tasks in connection with this under its own sovereignty. In the future, online appointment bookings (OTB), which are made available by various providers, will be presented or made possible. The service is basically open to all OTB providers. The contractor must work at least 150 in Germany and at the contracted medical careI have service providers (appointment providers) under contract.

Entry into this open-house procedure is possible until March 31, 2022, provided that it is ensured that the Contractor will make the programming interface available for acceptance by this date at the latest. With all service providers / providers who meet the requirements of Annex 3 to the contract (self-declaration of suitability)confirm by signing and have no contrary information in the central trade register extract, a contract is concluded. This announcement does not concern the awarding of a public contract within the meaning of the public procurement law (2014/24 / EG) or the antitrust law. In the interest of providing the interested companies with the broadest possible informationthis announcement follows in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The procedure name "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1)) and the award criteria (Section II.2.5)) used in the context of the present notice text are due to the requirements of the notice form and have no further meaning. Hereby and with the use of the Medium "TED"is not subject to any submission to public procurement regulations, the validity of which is not mandatory by law or procurement regulations.

The contract can only be concluded with operators / providers of a booking system for online appointment bookings for medical service providers active in Germany, the appointments for calendar resources of doctors, Dentists and / orManage psychotherapists.
