Helsinki Region Transport -kuntayhtymae HSL (Business ID 2274586-3) pyytaeae your offer for a multi-channel communication solution service.acquiring a multichannel communications solution for HSL to centrally handle all of its customer communications to consumer customers, including both spam email and mobile app notifications, as well as digital service personalization and paid advertising targeting. The solution to be acquired requires the ability to dynamically form target groups and the mixture isline- and offline data and automation capability to manage message fractions across channel boundaries in a concatenated and timed manner.
