Turbo - third-party application maintenance services market for the DPNT

Renewal of third-party application maintenance markets (TMA) for the development and the maintenance of the applications of the DPNT (Directorate nuclear production and thermique), EDF Hydro and DIPNN (New Nuclear Production Engineering Department) excluding specific software packages which will be grouped under a single contract (Turbo for TMA Unitep Rhone-Alpes Bordeaux).

A lot 1 covers the needs of the for design, development, testing, application management, corrective, preventive and e application maintenance activitiesscalable, level 3 support and special services (study, code audit, quality, performance measurement, etc.) of the application perimeter of our multi-sector and engineering producers.

The volume of this lot is around 150 applications. This figure is not subject to a contractual commitment.

Lot 1 is multi-awardee.

- the candidate must provide a declarationon honor to justify that it does not fall under any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code, in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each ofs members of a candidate group and, if applicable, by the sub-contractors present;

- the candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register such as a K bis extract, or, failing this, an equivalent document, allowing `identify the candidate. This document is to be provided by individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate must provide the financial statementsers (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last three financial years available attesting to his financial sustainability.
