Establishment of a Development Service Center for the Pays de la Loire region.

The purpose of this framework agreement is the implementation of a development service center bringing together and centralizednt software application development. The objectives are the following:

- the knowledge of the context of the region and the applications concerned,

- the definition of the operational methodology of piloting of the service center,

- software development with computer languages,

- the documentation of the processes,

- the conduct of version changes and migration,

- thescalable, corrective and programmed maintenance of the applications concerned,

- technical and functional assistance on the applications concerned,

- expertise and technical assistance on development, decision-making and process management tools,

- reversibility. declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the field of activity making the objectt of the framework agreement, relating to a maximum of the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the business or the start of activity of the economic operator, to the extent that the information on these figures `Business is available.

The framework agreement is mixed; it may be carried out by means of purchase orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price schedules but also by means of subsequent steps. The electronic signature of the act of engagement and the unit price schedule is not compulsory at the stage of submission of the offer.
