The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for hiring external employees for the ITD department of Digipolis.

Helpdesk employees are the point of contact for our customers. You are customer oriented and you help everyoneobjectively. You know the different channels and use them constructively. You act correctly and ensure that the customer can continue working without a problem.

We do not expect that you solve all problems yourself, but that you as a team player make the bridge between our customers and the internal services. This way you map problems in a transparent manner. You ensure that the right colleagues quickly and clearlyjk, be aware of the problems and provide them with the necessary feedback.

The candidate may not be in 1 of the situations referred to in articles 67 up to and including 69 of the Public Procurement Act. This includes the mandatory grounds for exclusion, the grounds for exclusion in connection with tax and social debts, and the optional grounds for exclusion. If requiredWhether the optional ground for exclusion applies to the candidate, the candidate may prove that the corrective measures he has taken are sufficient to demonstrate his reliability despite the applicable ground for exclusion. If the contracting authority considers that evidence sufficient, the candidate concerned will not be excluded from the placement procedure. This provision is individualapply specifically to the participants who jointly submit a request to participate as a combination, as well as to entities whose capacities the candidate relies on to meet the qualitative selection requirements. The mandatory grounds for exclusion also apply to persons who are members of the administrative, management or supervisory body. Means of evidence: the candidate submits a completed Uniform European Tender Document (UEA), as a declaration that he / she does not have a ground for exclusion. The candidate will state any corrective measures on this UEA.

In addition, the tenderer may, in view of the qualitative selectionction, relying on the capacities of subcontractors or other entities, regardless of the legal nature of its relationship with those entities. In the case of capacity to pay, the following rules apply:

₋ the tenderer encloses the necessary documents in his tender, demonstrating the commitment of these subcontractors or other entities to provide the resources necessary for the contract.to make available to the tenderer,

₋ those subcontractors or entities whose capacities are used should not be subject to exclusion grounds, without prejudice to the possibility of applying corrective measures,

₋ if the service provider relies on capacities in the in the context of study and professional qualifications or relevant professional experience, he is obliged om to actually use the subcontractors on whose behalf he relies for the performance of the contract. The deployment of other subcontractors is subject to the prior approval of the contracting authority. Under the same conditions, a group of entrepreneurs can rely on the capacity of the participants in the group or of other entities
