The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for hiring external employees for the ITD department of Digipolis.

Helpdesk employees are the point of contact for our customers. You are customer oriented and you help everyoneobjectively. You know the different channels and use them constructively. You act correctly and ensure that the customer can continue working without a problem.

We do not expect that you solve all problems yourself, but that you as a team player make the bridge between our customers and the internal services. This way you map problems in a transparent manner. You ensure that the right colleagues quickly and clearlyjk, be aware of the problems and provide them with the necessary feedback.

The candidate may not be in 1 of the situations referred to in articles 67 up to and including 69 of the Public Procurement Act. This includes the mandatory grounds for exclusion, the grounds for exclusion in connection with tax and social debts, and the optional grounds for exclusion. If requiredWhether the optional ground for exclusion applies to the candidate, the candidate may prove that the corrective measures he has taken are sufficient to demonstrate his reliability despite the applicable ground for exclusion.
