Support services operation in the Netcool environment
SBB is looking for support for its monitoring and event management platform as an extended workbench and a takeover of support.

For this purpose, SBB publishes 2 tenders. The tenders are carried out separately. All providers can bid on both tenders. Resources cannot be shared across both calls. Both power sections are described in this document.

Principles of procedure: SBB awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to providers who comply with occupational health and safety regulations and working conditions for employees and the wageEnsuring ease for men and women.
Other information: SBB reserves the right to award new, similar contracts that relate to the present basic contract using the free process (Art. 36 Para. 2 lit. d VoeB).
Instructions on legal remedies: According to Art. 30 BoeB, a complaint to the Federal Administrative Office can be made in writing within 20 days of the openingltungsgericht, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The complaint must be submitted in duplicate and must include the request, the reasoning with the evidence and the signature of the applicant or his representative. A copy of this publication and existing evidence must be enclosed.
Closing date / comments: Due to the low compAccording to the current order, the offer period has been shortened to 20 days. The offer must be submitted no later than 20.2.2020 (date of postmark) by registered mail to the above address. To ensure timeliness, the offers must be electronically on a USB stick in a sealed envelope, stating the Asender of the post (no fax, no e-mail). Submission of the offer by post must be announced to SBB by email to it.sdl@sbb.ch, if possible, with a scan of the receipt. A print version is not to be enclosed. Offers that are submitted too late can no longer be considered.
