Electronic management plans signaling study

The project aims the redesign of the document management application of railway signaling plans (formerly GEP Capitole, electronic management of plans), navigation application in document servers, with a workflowof work and management of rights, destined to signaling agents, expenses of the production of these plans of rail signaling within the SNCF Network.

The tender call relates to:

- the acquisition of the base technological,

- parametrage and integration,

- application training,

- migration and data recovery,

- reversibility / transferability,

- support, corrective maintenance andevolutions,

- governance,

- optional additional services.

When candidates want to assert the capacities of other economic operators, they must justify the capacities of these operatorsThe applicants must enclose the following documents and information with their application form (In the case of a group application, each of the following documents must be submitted. by each member of the group):

This consultation is carried out in the negotiated procedure with call for competition, object of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets.
