Seminars DMS 4.0

Conducting seminars on the document management system DMS 4.0.

Main Site: Hess. State administration or in other premises provided by the AG in Hessen as well as in the institute of the public right for the foederale IT-co-operation in Frankfurt am Main.

The introduction of the DMS 4.0 is to take place in the period from 2019 to 2023 at all approximately 25, 000 potential office workplaces, ie. H. Around 25, 000 employees are to be trained in the state of Hesse during these 4 years.

The overall project "Modernization of DMS in the Hessian state administration" has produced a training concept describing target groups, training contents and durations. A large part of the training is scheduled for one day, but there are also half-day trainings and a whole range of people for several trainings (administrators, project staff, etc.)

Assuming an average group size of 10 employees per training, distributed to 10 lecturers, will be from 3150 training day

Self-declaration for mandatory exclusion reasons according to - 123 GWB

The bidder has to submit his / her own declarations for compelling reasons for exclusion according to - 123 GWB (file "Eigenerklaerung_Ausschlussgruende_Par_123_GWB") filled with his tender.

For consortia, each member of the consortium has to declare his / her rights in the in the appropriate formSubcontractors must submit each submission to the subcontractor in the appropriate form.

Self-declaration on optional exclusions in accordance with - 124 GWB

The tenderer has to submit the own declarations for optional exclusion according to - 124 GWB (file "Eigenerklaerung_Ausschlussgruende_Par_124_GWB") with his offer Bidder communities have eachMember of the grouping to submit the declaration in the appropriate form. If subcontractors are involved, each subcontractor must submit the declaration in the appropriate form.
