The assignment concerns the development of a smartphone application that allows farmers to be insuredhe way to take and send `geotagged photos`, with a graphic overlay of agricultural parcel characteristics via `augmented reality` on the camera. The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries seeks a balance between the efficiency gains within the monitoring of the monitoring of agricultural plots and a service to customers. The user-friendliness of the application is obviousrst great importance for a smooth and widespread deployment by our customers. The app must contain a number of functionalities (see selection guide). The development and deployment of the application must be completed within a period of 6 months from the date of award. In principle, the start of this assignment is foreseen from 14.2.2020.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries seeks a balance between the efficiency gains within the control of the monitoring of agricultural plots and a servicelending to customers. The user-friendliness of the application is of the utmost importance for a smooth and widespread deployment by our customers.
A general `Q&A session `will be organized on 25.10.2019. All interested candidates are invited to be present to obtain additional clarifications with regard to the assignment. The session will continue fromn 13:30 to 16:30 in room Ellips 0.A.13 at the headquarters of the administrative entity.
