Purpose and Volume:

Acquisition of IoT platform, exterior lighting control system and urban environment sensing according to participation request documentation.

The subject of the procurement is the IoT platform and the related implementations as a whole:

1. Outdoor lighting control system for urban environment

2. Urban environment penrollment for a snapshot.

The subject of the procurement and its volume are described in more detail in Appendix 1 Project Description. Preliminary technical requirements for the procurement are provided in Annex 2 Technical Description. Procurement procedure:

The tender procedure is a competitive negotiated procedure where six (6) tenderers are selected if there are no candidates. A preliminary negotiation plan and acquisition scheduling issee annex 5.

The contract has not been subdivided as its implementation in terms of risk management and contract management is not appropriate.
