Rammeaftale om support, systemforvaltning ogfurther development of UPS, 0SS and Cloud

0SS-Cooperation wish to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier on development and support (sparring and debugging, but not onsite operation and helpdesk) as well as consultancy assistance in connection with the financial management system (called "0SS") and HR- system (called "UPS"). The framework agreement offered must cover the overall needs of the participating institutions for IT consulting servicesin relation to the IT systems UPS, 0SS and Cloud. The estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years is estimated at DKK 30 100 000 000. The framework agreement will be entered into for a period of 48 months.The purpose of the institutions is to provide functional, reliable and cheap IT solutions for the administration of the institutions. The 0SS collaboration is embedded at DTU in Lyngby. All universities are working to be inspiring, globally oriented, with the highest quality in education and research, as well as with a strong commitment to social development.There is an option to join the 0SS-Cooperation:

- Aarhus University (AU),

- Roskilde University (RUC),

- Copenhagen Business School (CBS). support (sparring and debugging, but not onsite operation and helpdesk) as well as consultancy assistance in connection with the 0 control system (called "0SS") and the HR system (called "UPS").

The Framework Agreement is entered into for a period of 48 months.

The Framework Agreement is intended to cover the overall needs of the participating institutions for IT consulting services in relation to the UPS, 0SS and Cloud IT systems. During the contract period, focus is expected on the following activities:

(i) Software development, including new development and development of additional functionality, configuration, parameter set-up and upgrades, anddelivery, implementation and installation of new versions of software covered by the Framework Agreement;

(ii) Support, including debugging, rectification of errors, preparation of scripts for use in debugging and assistance in connection with patching and other;

(iii) Operating support, including establishment and maintenance of test and development environments;

(iv) Execution of tests;

(v) Migration / conversion of data and setup / configuration;

(vi) Preparation of documentation;

(vii) Project management and project and contract management;

(viii) Coordination with other suppliers;

(ix) Change management;

(x) Execution of call assistance; xi) Participation in meetings, facilitation and other communication with the Customer and other Customer`s suppliers;

(xii) Analyzes, clarification, requirement specification / preparation of use cases, requirements, lists, designs and MosCow1 lists, reporting related to Supplies covered by the Framework Agreement and other IT consultancy assistance, including advisory services "body shopping" within the areas covered by the Framework Agreement;

(xiii) User support for serving the system ;

(xiv) Training within the framework of the Framework Agreement

0SS-Cooperation works during the framework agreement`s execution as a contact person in relation to the supplier. Tasks and projects are initiated and requested as a starting point from the 0SS-Cooperation on behalf of one or more of the participating institutions. The predominant part of the tasks performed under the framework agreement will therefore be done with the 0SS-Cooperation as a contracting party.

Derudover, the institutions are entitled, on their own behalf and within the framework of the framework agreement, to enter into independent agreements on tasks and projects on the basis of the framework agreement. . There is only a discretionary estimate based on:

i) average consumption of previous years;

ii) AU, CBS and RU `s opportunity to participate in the 0SS collaboration and

iii) DTU`s strategy of surrendering to Cloud. The statement is therefore only indicative and thus non-binding for the contracting party
