The preparation of tender documents (specification of technical requirements, specifications) constitutes the main activity of this mandate.

The work is done in close collaboration with the technical specialists conceand central purchasing department at Swissgrid.

In certain tenders, the tenderer of this mandate must also accompany and support the bid preparation and evaluation phase (analysis and evaluation of bids, participation in bidders` presentations / reference visits, etc.).

The main themes of the mandate concern the acquisition:

- of servicens of IT services,

- of services of telecommunication service,

- of hardware and software necessary for the exploitation of this material,

- of maintenance contracts for the hardware and the software necessary for the exploitation of this material

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries which have not acceded to the WTO Agreements: None.
