With this tender, the organization and computer science evaluates City of Zurich (OIT) on behalf of the City of Zurich, a provider which is capable of a standard software for the detection and extraction of documents and records in accordance with the Requirements of this call for tenders.

The call for tender includes deliveries and relatedDE Services in the project phase as well as support, further development and software maintenance.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Procedural principles: It is pointed out that for subsequent, similar orders in accordance with - 10 (1) lit. g SVO the unpaid procedure is being used.

Remedies: Within 10 days of appeal, the Administrative Court of theCantons Zuerich, Militaerstrasse 36, PO Box, 8090 Zurich, in writing Complaint to be submitted. The notice of appeal must be filed in duplicate; it must contain an application and its reasoning. The contested invitation to tender must be enclosed. The evidence seized must be clearly indicated and as far as possible settled.
