Etablering af systeml0sning og datagrundlag til vandl0bsreference

The contract concerns the establishment and maintenance of a system solution that records, maintains and exhibits key information in accordance with the Water Flow Reference Model prepared by the Danish Agency for Data Supply and Efficiency. The contract also includes requirements for an IT component for external IT systems and for the initial data basis for the Water Flow Reference. The system solution is an it-1Osing, which generates and maintains data in the form of a link between a generalized, national, topological network with linear references for water flow and relevant objects in GeoDanmark's water flow geometry.

Main Site: Denmark

With the Water Flow Reference, authorities and organizations will get a tool to secure unique location of water flow data in relation to the water flow's authoritative geometry (GeoThe Danish Hydrotherapy Center). It enables an automatic assembly and exchange of data on water flow across authorities and IT systems. In addition, parallel maintenance of geometry for water pipes is superfluous, since Waterlab center - which the Waterlift reference is based on - constitutes the authoritative geometric water flow theme in Denmark.strategy (FODS) initiative 6.1 on common data on the terrain, climate and water is to ensure coherent data on the hydrological circuit. One step in this direction is to ensure easier, faster and more precise exchange of water flow data. The water flow reference will be a basic infrastructure component that enables easy and precise compilation of data, supporting projects in FODS 6.1 on the Collection of Water Flow Data, PULS 2.0 and HIP, as well as the purpose of the initiative as a whole.

The Contracting Authority makes sure that the Customer's right of use of the Delivery also includes the right to provide the parties at any time behind the Joint Publications Digitization Strategy Initiative 6.1 on Common Data on the terrain, climate and water (FODS 6.1) and their suppliers a right of use to the delivery corresponding to Onlyits right of use. In the conclusion of the Contract, the parties to the FODS 6.1 include the following: the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, KL and the Danish Regions. In addition, the mentioned right of use also includes all Danish municipalities and regions. Only a contract is entered into with the contracting entity in question and there will be no independent contracts applicable to the parties. Furthermore, the right of use does not entail any additional paymentng to the winning bidder.
