This tender for0This involves the conclusion of a framework agreement on the maintenance and further development of an E-journal for the Region of Northern Jutland, the Central Denmark Region, the Region of Southern Denmark, the Region of Southern Denmark and the Capital Region of Denmark (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority).

With this tender, a framework agreement must be entered into on the responsibility for the maintenance and development of the client's existing system "E-journal"

E-Journal has ehas been in existence since 2004 and is today one of the sources for Sundhedsjournalen (at Sundhed.dk), for which there is button access from all Electronic Patient Records (EPRs) and practice systems in Denmark. E-journal collects journal notes, episodes, diagnoses and procedure codes from all regions EHR systems.

In addition, there is a separate display for, for example, administrators, analyzers and data providersIt is so that they can handle private marking, organization tracking, debugging and user administration. The purpose of the E-journal is to enable clinicians to see records across the regional boundaries, and that the practitioner or specialist doctor can orient themselves in the patient's progress at the hospital.

The Health Journal also exhibits the E-Journal for the citizens, who can thereby gain insight into their own patientjournal.

The task offered does not deal with the development of a system that corresponds to the existing system, but rather of a transfer of responsibility for maintenance and development of the existing system. not exhaustive:

- The user interface for the E-journal administration module,

- The current DB2 database,

- Exhibition of services through the Websphere Application server (WAS),

- Parsing and loading of XML data from the current public hospitals and later in the framework agreement period from private hospitals, general practice and special practice, as well as municipal EPR and EOJ systems,

- Development in relation to the management regime,

- Development in relation to current and future subprojects in Sundhedsjournalregi,

-Citizens' certificate,

- Submission of extracts to the State Archives in the current file format at your request,

- Support for the Common Regional System Administrator. (The Common Regional System Administrator provides support to the Regional Managers).

In addition, the Provider is required to further develop the current E-Journal Management Module User Interface interface developed in Visual Studio 2017.

The annual total volume is estimated at 2 200 000 DKK excl. VAT, with a total estimated value of DKK 8, 800, 000. The volume is purely indicative and is based on historical figures, so they cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future sales size.

The contracting entity guarantees a sum of DKK 750, 000 excl. VAT earmarked for durabilityApplicant must fill in the common European tender document (ESPD), where the requested information is to be provided, see below. The ESPD is a self-declaration which serves as preliminary evidence that the applicant, other entity or association meets the criteria of exclusion, fitness and selection. Collects a Societyg (eg a consortium) seeks pre-qualification, this must be disclosed under ESPD Part II, paragraph A. In addition, all participants in the Association must fill in a separate ESPD. * The applicant must confirm that this is not covered by the compulsory exclusion grounds in section 135 of the Procurement Act., PCS. 1 - 3 and 136. Otherwise, the Contracting Authority is obliged to exclude the applicant, cf.Section 135 (1) of the same Act. 4 and 5.

Applicants must further confirm that this is not covered by the following voluntary exclusion grounds, cf. 1:

- Relation to insolvency / bankruptcy or other. No. 2,

- Agreement mhp. distortion of competition, cf. 4.
