[General description (applies to all sub-agreements): The offering includes the provision of "software as a service" (SaaS), e.g. via cloud or other internet-based delivery solutions. This means that software services (services) must be delivered via server-based solutions through the Internet or other dedicated data connection. Services must be continuously operated and maintainedsupplier. The aim is that customers can purchase services that support case processing, task solving and / or operation of the customers' tasks within the sub-contract's business area, ie. the scope of the sub-agreement. Customers include many different types of government, governmental and governmental entities. The individual customers appear from Appendix A to the framework agreement. customerbusiness areas are defined in more detail in the Common Public Reference Model (FORM). In connection with the offer SKI FORM uses to specify the categories for which services are to be offered, and which the services offered must support the task solution within. To specify the specific technical IT service functionality that supports the individual management tasks, it is used offIT Services Functionalized Service and Technology Reference Model (STORM) developed to provide an overall classification and description of the IT systems used in public administration. In addition to the delivery of the service itself, the provision of operating, management and support services is also included in the services provided to the customers. These services must thus be part ofthe services delivered together to the customers. The services covered are thus characterized by being "hosted" IT services, where the "hosting part" goes with the supplier or its subcontractor. In addition, services are characterized by being on-demand services, which are owned, developed, maintained and operated by the supplier. The establishment of the customer's access to services via iInternet through various platforms, such as a mobile phone, tablet or computer. Furthermore, services are characterized by being standardized and uniform solutions that can be applied across customers. Thus, services are basically generic solutions that meet uniform needs across different customers and business areas, however, so that these are simple and fastcan be scaled and adapted, the specific customer, e.g. in relation to capacity, number of users and user rights. Services also include a number of options on "Exit Process", "Archiving", "Delivery to Denmark's Statistics", "Management Information" and "Storing the Customer's Data", which are described in more detail in Appendix E.2 to the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement's range can be updated according to tThe provisions of the framework agreement's appendix I. The purpose of updating the range is to ensure that the range is maintained by Services being kept updated in the framework agreement's range throughout the duration of the framework agreement and the delivery agreements. The duration of the delivery agreements may not exceed 120 months. In addition to these services, there are a number of additional services, such as consulting services and educators, on the framework agreementelse.]

The service area covers FORM area 05 Community structure on tasks related to society's governance and organization. The service area covers corresponding services that support management tasks under this FORM area. Tenderer must refer to one or more of these management tasks in his reference for the sub-agreement, cf. section III.1.3) Technical and professional capacity.ces that are not exhaustive:

Tenderer must not be covered by any of the compulsory grounds for exclusion, as stated in sections 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act. / EU) is made for compulsory exclusion reasons in section 136 of the Public Procurement Act. SKI reserves the right to initiate such a procedure for self-cleaning (self-cleaning), as appropriate. estimate, including in relation to the item offered and the terms offered. The number of participants in the framework agreement specified in section IV.1.3) reflects the total number of participants across all offered sub-agreements. The award of contracts based on the framework agreement takes place within the individual sub-agreements, including between the participants in the individual sub-agreement, and the terms h.are described in more detail in appendix B.
