Operation and support of KOMBIT's internal IT 2019

KOMBIT offers operation and support of the internal IT services. solutions that KOMBIT employees use.

KOMBIT offers operation and support of the internal IT solutions used by KOMBIT's employees.the nation today employs approx. 220 employees and about 70 external consultants (a number that can vary greatly). KOMBIT's domicile is Halfdansgade 8-10 in Copenhagen.

The offering consists of the following tasks, which are described in more detail in the tender documents:

Operation, support and maintenance of KOMBIT's internally used IT solutions. The supplier's responsibility depends on the individual solution described

1st level support is included in the tender as an option, but is today handled by KOMBIT itself.

In the ESPD, the applicants must provide the following financial figures for the three most recent available accounts, depending on when the applicant was established or started his business:

- Earnings before Interests, Taxes, Depreci - Earnings Before Interests, Taxes, Depreciation and amortization) for the last 3 completed financial years, - Applicant's liquidity ratio for the last 3 completed financial years.

Question and answer question during the prequalification: The access to query in the prequalification phase will be limited to issues directly relevant to the preparation of the application, ie. issues relating to matters that affect the assessment of whether a company does notinterest in applying for pre-qualification. II.1.3 and IV.1.3) The contract contains certain elements of a framework agreement. Based on this, KOMBIT has made an assessment and found that the estimated value of da public contract substantially exceeds the framework agreement, which is why the contract is offered as a public service contract. II.1.5 and II.2.6) The statement of the value of the contract constitutes a margin and is therefore subject to some uncertainty. This is primarily due to the fact that the value of the contract depends, among other things, on the need for hourly services and the possible need for increasing capacityas math show. KOMBIT estimates the total value to between 35-60 000 000 DKK. II.1.6 - KOMBIT has chosen not to divide the contract into several sub-contracts.

The reason for this is that close cooperation between supplier and KOMBIT is expected, and a division into several sub-contracts will create a greater risk for the delivery in relation to the division of responsibility between the suppliers . Furthermore tAlready financial and resource-related considerations for a total contract, as it is expected to be savings in the actual tender process and in particular the following contract management. IV.2.4) Application and offers, including appendices, must be submitted in Danish.

KOMBIT expects that there will be one round of negotiations. However, KOMBIT reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the feeoffer initial offers without the completion of negotiations, and KOMBIT reserves the right to hold further rounds of negotiations. KOMBIT will not limit the number of participants along the way. No consideration is paid for the negotiation
