The subject of the contract is the creation of an Information System of Business Register, which fully replaces existing solution and alignment will cover all expected legislative and process changes related to servicesbusiness register and the current needs of modernizing these services. As a result of the implementation of the new Trade Register Information System, it will be ensured the creation of a uniform methodological and process business model for ensuring the execution of all registrar, integration and support agendas, especially the business registers (with integration into the Central Registry(including BRIS) as well as integrating other registries such as the Central Register of Treaties, the Register of Public Sector Partners) and the Disqualification Register. The objective of creating a Business Register Information System will also be to improve the quality, standard and availability of e-Government services for entrepreneurs, improve the overall availability of public dataopen data. Project - The business information system includes the following: analysis, development, testing, deployment, training, consultation, system integration, security and support and further development. Supplemental support is available for 5 years from the delivery of the system to the production site.

As a result of the implementation of the new Information System of the Commercial Register, the creation of a uniform methodical and process business(including the integration of Central Registers, Business Registers and Company Registers (as well as BRIS) as well as the integration of other registers such as the Central Register of Contracts, the Registry public sector partners) and the disqualification register. Ciesince the creation of the Business Register Information System will also enhance the quality, standard and availability of e-Government services for entrepreneurs, improve the overall availability of public data in the form of open data. The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the JED under Section 39d. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. The applicant entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to the Public Procurement Act is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2 public procurement law.
