The subject of the order is the implementation of the Digital Identity Management System (hereinafter: "ZTC") inordering the Customer together with the delivery of the license and providing ZTC maintenance services - in accordance with the requirements described in the subject description of the order (hereinafter: "OPZ") and the arrangements approved by the Ordering Party as part of the Business Specification and Technical Specification and analytical and project documentation.

The subject of the order is the implementation of the Cyfro Identity Management System(hereinafter: "ZTC") in the organization of the Ordering Party together with the license delivery and provision of ZTC maintenance services - in accordance with the requirements described in the subject description of the order ("OPZ") and the arrangements approved by the Employer as part of the Business Specification and Technical Specification and documentation analytical and design.

The Ordering Party will exercise the right under Art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act. The ordering party will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor, whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the Proceeding.It concludes that a technical dialogue has been carried out prior to the initiation of the proceedings
