Implementation and license of an automated dispatching software as well as an information and booking center with interface to the traffic information agency Austria for the operation of an integrated mobility platform and eiA call-collection tax system (demand-oriented mobility system) for the tourist regions of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Millstaetter See and Nockberge and their respective communities.

On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 20 and 188 Abs 1 of the Federal Procurement Act 2006 is expressly indicated. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and have to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualification for doing business in Austria, a directed procedure moegas soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this regard to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
