Purchase of a data collection and aggregation solution for the performance management cycle of Enedis units

Enedis wishes to have a tool IF in SAAS mode to control the management cycle of the company's performance.

The tool must allow the collection and aggregation of the data pRevised (financial data in K € and data on the activity) and their restitution with regard to the achievement injected into the tool throughout the cycle of piloting the performance of Enedis to restore the data according to different axes. The description of the service is given as information in the specifications available to the URL of I.3.Declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present. The candidate mustt produce an extract from the valid Kbis of the company or, where applicable, an official statement of situation issued by a judicial or administrative authority of the country of accession. This condition is applicable for individual applicants, by each of the members of a consortium, and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.

The applicant must provide the financial statementss (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last three financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability.

The candidate must also provide his administrative information in the Excel file available in the Purchasing portal (see section VI.3) of this notice of operation) under the reference RFx_062064

The candidate must imperatively meet the criteria of aptitude (A) and informative (I)-and provide the requested elements in the Excel file, available in the purchasing portal (see section VI.3) of this notice under reference RFx_062064.

If, given the date of creation of his business, the candidate does not have all information, provide equivalent proofs.

Candidates or each member of the applicant group must provide proof of the resof these minimum conditions in the application form for participation in this opinion.

In case of absence of proof, the application may be rejected.
