Technical support of architecture management SA-CH

Key people support sector managers in the development and management of architectural prescriptions in the field operating and safety equipment (SEA) for national highways. This supports includes elaboration or devedevelopment of architectural strategies and concepts, collaboration in the creation of SEA guidelines, project advice and management of existing documents.

The following supporting documents / certifications must be included in the prescribed tender file, otherwise it will not be possible toration:

- CQ1: reference relative to the realization of 1 project comparable to the planned tasks (in case of community of bidders: at least of the company providing the driving),

- CQ2: extract of the trade register and the register of prosecution not more than 3 months old. Proof that the average annual turnover of the company / subcontractor during these last 3 years(2015 to 2017) was higher than double the annual turnover of the market put to the competition,

- CQ3: must be confirmed in the file of the offer,

- CQ4: must be confirmed in the file of the offer,

- CQ5: guarantee that the key persons' linguistic knowledge corresponds to C1 level at least for the 1 language (French or German) spoken and written, and B2 level atminimum for 2 languages (French or German) spoken and written, according to the European reference framework for languages

Partial offers are not allowed.

General Conditions: according to the contract provided.

Negotiations: Negotiations remain reserved. There will be no reverse auctions orso much on the price. Subsequent negotiations to revise tenders or to modify services may have an influence on the price. Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to successful tenderers who ensure compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, the conditions ofand (i) the maturity of the project as well as the availability of the credits remain reserved; (2) the preparation of the offers is not paid. The corresponding files are not returned.

Indication of the remedies: according to art. 30 LMP, this publication may be attacked within 20 days-days from its notification to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box 9023 St. Gall. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence, whenare available.

Closing time for the submission of tenders / Remarks: the offer (tender file) must be submitted in paper form in duplicate and in electronic form (on CD, DVD or USB key) in one copy .
