Kontrakt om Drift, Udvikling, Maintenance and System Support of TAS Systems

This Supply is a Limited EU Supply, Development, Maintenance and System Support of TAS Systems.

The Customer hereby wishes to procure assistance for the main services:

A.

New Development, ( cf. Annex 4, "New Development, Further Development and Maintenance") including the implementation of major projects based on customer specification.B.

Further development (see Annex 4, "Development, Further Development and Maintenance") including adaptive adaptation as per amended legislative requirements and adaptation to customer needs.

C.

Maintenance, (see Appendix 4, "Development, Further Development and Maintenance" ) including comprehensive lingering and preventive maintenance, including bug fixes, support of relevant browsers-as well as possibly. necessary upgrades of CAP-TAS - Customized Parts.

D.

System Support, (see Appendix 3 "Operating and Support Services") primarily understood as 2nd and 3rd Line Support.

E.

Operation, (see Annex 3 "Operating and Support Services") understood as providing operating services for the Systems, including installations and upgrades, database operations and middleware, integrations and interface. thus manipulatedthe preparation and maintenance of operational documentation, monitoring, reporting, configuration management, system administration, batch and job execution, compliance with ITIL processes for the Systems, cf. sections 4 and 5 of Annex 2.

F.

Collaboration with third party suppliers and Customer, in connection with the operation and maintenance of the total IT infrastructure and the Systems, including relativeto Incident Handling, Changes / Changes, Service Requests, and Service windows. The third party suppliers are:

- (a) Government IT for the sake of server and infrastructure management,

- (b) Formpipe A / S, as far as TAP, BTAS and MVJ-TAS are concerned,

- (c) The supplier of IMK2.0 pt. Cowi A / S,

- (d) Deliveries of TUS pt. CGI A / S.

In addition, the Supplier in relation to the above-mentioned main benefits must bite the Customer-with:

1) Test, (see Appendix 8 'Test') including test plan mapping, test review and preparation of test reports;

2) General IT professional advice for example regarding technology architecture and assistance in disaster recovery operations;

3) Project management, including the organization of major development projects (New Development and Further Development);

4) Input for assessment of-if the systems are to be phased out, remodeled or modernized.

The tender documents will be available through the contractor's E-procurement system at the time of publication of this call for tenders.

Application for pre-qualification must be submitted via the listed E-procurement system.

There will only be a maximum of 5 bidders which the Board of Agriculture elects to become prequalified, who will be able to aoffer in relation to points II.1.5) and II.2.6) note that the amount is less than the expected contract value for the full term of the contract.

An interval of: DKK 100, 000, 000-125, 000, 000 is expected.



The interval in the survey is due, among other things, to unknown factors in relation to the need for services during the term of the contract.

The estimate is based partly on historical consumption and partly onThe expected need. In relation to point II.2.7), the contracted amount is from the contractual provisions relating to the contract's entry into force. In addition to the contractual amount stated, there will be a need for a flexible flexible phase during the termination of the contract. in order to ensure undisturbed functioning of the system in connection with any re-tender.

In relation to points III.1.2) and III.1.3), it is noted that the company may base itself on the form of other entities (eg a parent company or a subcontractor) regardless of the legal nature of the relations between the company and those others.

The company shall, if necessary, fully accept the resources necessary for the performance of the contract, eg. by-submit a declaration or other evidence of the commitment of these entities to make available the necessary resources during the contract period. If not, the contracting entity is not allowed to weigh on the form of other entities. In relation to point II.2.9), it should be noted that Each applicant can submit 1 application for a pre-qualification.

The same legal entity is part of or on anda participant in several applications, eg. submits their own application, but at the same time as a participant in a consortium applying, applicants must ensure that the participation of the same legal entity does not lead to reciprocal interference with the content of the different tenderers' offer.

The contracting entity reserves the right to request applicants for to ensure that the same legal entity participatese does not imply the possibility of mutually influencing the content of the different tenderers' offers, including the absence of practices that may threaten transparency and distort competition between tenderers.

Requests for pre-qualification are submitted by the contractor's E-Procurement System.

The contracting entity reserves the option to apply the procedure in section 159 (1). 5 of the Public Procurement Act (1554 by15.12.2015) whose applications or offers do not meet the formal requirements of the tender documents.

Requests for pre-qualification can not be submitted to other parties.

The tender is executed subject to the approval of the required authorization.
