IT project management partnership (project management office and project management office (PL-PMO))

In the coming years and as part of the Swissmedic roadmap defined for its IT projects, various investments are planned to acquire new systems and replacees. However, Swissmedic does not have sufficient staff resources or experience to provide all project management and project management office services. Through this public call for tenders, Swissmedic is looking for strategic providers able to provide management services from 1.3.2019.Project Management Office (services) for which they will be responsible for the results.

Project management with experience in the SAP environment

Partial offers are allowed.

Conditions for countries that have not adhered to the agreements of the WTO: none.

General conditions: in accordance with the specifications.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedureure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women. to the specifications.

Indication of the remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, the closeSuch publication may be challenged, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; will be attached a copy of this publication and thes evidence invoked as evidence, where available.

Closing time for submission of tenders / Remarks: the complete tender file must be sent by 6.9.2018 at the latest (stamp date postmarked) in 3 copies (2 on paper and 1 on DVD or USB key) at the address indicated in chapter 12 of the specifications. Remark on the submission of tenders(a) Depot at the reception of Swissmedic (by the tenderer himself or by a courier): the documents must be submitted at the latest on the preceding day, during the opening hours of the reception (ie from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 and 12:00 or between 13:30 and 17:00, and on Friday between 8:00 and 12:00 or between 13:30 and 16:00) at the address stated in chapter 12 of the booklet loads, conbe an acknowledgment of receipt issued by Swissmedic.

b) Delivery by post: the postmark or the proof with bar code of a Swiss or foreign officially recognized post office are determinants for the respect of the delay (l postage by a company machine is not recognized as postmark). The tenderer must ensure that his tender has been successfulat Swissmedic by 10.9.2018 at the latest. The tender must be postmarked by 6.9.2018 at the latest.

C) Delivery of the offer to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad: 10 days before the closing date, the tenderer must communicate to the Swissmedic, by email (markus.diethelm@swissmedic.ch), the name of the instance (with the address) to which he has submitted his offer. It is-he must also ensure that he has the acknowledgment of receipt issued by the corresponding representative certifying that his tender has been submitted within the prescribed time. Tenders sent after the closing date of the deposit will not be considered and will be returned to the tenderer.
