Udbud vedr0rende Vejdirektoratets IT-drift

Vejdirektoratet 0nsker at indga kontdirectly with a supplier of the Road Directorate's IT operations.

The offer relates to the Road Administration's IT operations. The services are offered as existing contracts expire on 1.4.2019. In addition, the contract awarded for the implementation of the Road Directorate's sourcing strategy contributes to the transition of the Road Directorate's existing contracts as far as possible to one and combined with a subsequent tRansformation (s) of tasks currently carried out by the Road Administration's IT department.

Road Directorate is a state agency under the Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing, responsible for the state road network, consisting of highways, a number of mainland roads and many of the country's bridges about 3 800 km of road. The Directorate of Transport is thus central to the Danish infrastructure and thus for Danish-community.

In addition, there are 4 potential co-ordinators. These are as follows:

Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Railways, Commissioner for Government Expropriations in Jutland, Commissioner for Government Expropriations. the contract as options.

The procurement process is conducted as a negotiated procedure with a negotiation round, in which the Road Directorate has the opportunity to awardbecause of the initial offer. The negotiation meetings are expected to take place in October 2018, and the contract with the winning bidder is expected to take place in mid-December 2018 with contract start d. 1.1.2019. See, in addition, the indicative timetable for the tender process in the Terms and Conditions of Supply and Procurement (BUT), Section 2.

Applicants must provide information about the company's net sales and equity for de 3 recent accounts (auditor's report or copy of annual accounts). If the company has not existed for a long time, information will be presented for as long a period as possible.

If the applicant is a group of companies, the information must be given for each company, the sum of the company's net sales and equity must meet the minimum requirements. sammenslutning of economic actors, authorization must be given to a person authorized to sign the association. All participating economic operators are jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract. If applicants are based on other entities' forms (eg subcontractors or other entities in the group), applicants must verify that requests are available for the required resources of these devices. This skAlready by submitting commitments from these entities in the form of a declaration of solidarity.

There are no information about other planned subcontractors if the economic and financial capacity applicant is not based on meeting the minimum requirements.

The deadline stated in point IV.2.2 applies for application for pre-qualification. The pre-qualification request is submitted electronicallyechronic via iBinder. See direct link in I.3).

Request must be in the form of a completed "Common European Procurement Document" (ESPD). The document and instructions for completion are available at the same place as the tender documents, cf. I.3). References, cf. III.1.3), attached as a separate reference list together with ESPD will also be accepted.

The request must - in addition to the one listed in III.1.2and III.1.3 - contain information about the applicant's ownership, including information about affiliated companies. This information can not be entered in the ESPD, why they are attached separately.
