The tasks of the contractor include the design and development of computer projects commissioned by the client. This includes the design, realization and maintenance of computer applications taking into account their viabilityeconomics and their feasibility as well as taking responsibility for their development. Concretely, the contracts are formulated in such a way that they can be made as packages in parallel with the internal development.

Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations. Tenderers can not modify the prices indicated in their tender-only in special circumstances (for example when the requirements need to be clarified or clarified) and when the contracting authority expressly authorizes them in their invitation to participate in negotiations.
