The tasks of the contractor include the design and development of computer projects commissioned by the client. This includes the design, realization and maintenance of computer applications taking into account their viabilityeconomics and their feasibility as well as taking responsibility for their development. Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations.
