The functionality of the TRA application and other detailed information can be found in computer documentation [T001-T011]. TRA is operated by the Federal Office of Information Technology (FOITT) in acentral installation. FEDRO and a few cantons work as independent constituents with separate data configuration and management. These specifications have been elaborated in the context of the acquisition of the following services for the application roadwork (TRA) and include the following modules:

The functionality of the TRA application and other detailed information can be found in the computer documentation [T001-T011]. TRA is operated by the Federal Office of Information Technology (FOITT) in a central facility. FEDRO and a few cantons work as independent constituents with separate data configuration and management. MeadowThese specifications were developed as part of the acquisition of the following services for the roadwork application (TRA) and include the following modules:

Operation: management of SW maintenance and support for the years 2019-2025 .

Project: management of realization for the years 2019-2020 / 2021.

The following supporting documents / attestations must be attached to the file of offre (predefined), otherwise it can not be taken into account:

For C1:

C1.1: proof of experience in computer development management by specifying a comparable level a reference project for the last 10 years, but according to at least 1 year in progress. Comparable means: project management and IT applications with devdevelopment of the GIS sector, the formulation of requirements, perform examinations (design, architecture system, code) and computer verification technical implementation (tests).

C1.2: evidence (draft reference of sub processors or individual members of a consortium is explicitly authorized) with regard to experience in the technical implementation of a managementroad maintenance (high-performance roads and / or main roads), with a comparable baseline project of the last 5 years, or in progress for at least 1 year. Comparable means: advice to owners of public roads. Preference is given to cantonal or federal offices in the field of road conservation planning.

C1.3: preuve of a reference project carried out according to Hermes.

C1.4: proof of oral and written language skills in the project team in German and French, at least at the B2 level.

For C2:

Extract from the register of the trade and prosecutions, less than 3 months old;

Foreign suppliers submit a comparable official official certificate from abroad.

For C3:

Proof of submissioncertifying that it respects the principles of the procedure as well as the third parties to be appealed (contractors and subcontracted suppliers) in accordance with the declaration of the bidder of the CA Confederation Procurement Conference. Each supplier can view the system once for a maximum of 4 hours. Appointments must be requested 1 week in advance at helpdesk@astra.admin.ch.Indication of the remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, this publication can be attacked within 20 daysr of its notification to the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gall.
