The framework agreement covers the design, manufacture, testing, delivery (including transport) of disconnector and earthing switches from 245 kV to 420 kV in the 50 Hertz Transmission network area GmbH including adjustment services. The application form must be accompanied by:

a) A recent extract from the Register of Companies or up-to-date certificate of membership Professional register.

B) Self-declaration that no exclusion reasons according to Art-- 123, 124 GWB.

c) Self-declaration concerning compliance with the statutory minimum wage or the collective pay schemes, as far as applicable.

The application form must be accompanied by:

Alternatively, a self-declaration must be made, an appropriate insurance contracted in the event of a supplement and immediately, with proof of power at the latest.
