Maintenance of GHRMSA inverters

The purpose of this contract is the preventive and corrective maintenance of inverters for GHRMSA sites.

Main Site: Mulhouse (2 sites), Thann, Bitschwiller-les-Thann, Cernay, Altkirch, Sierentz and Rixheim.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of inverters for GHRMSA sites (Mulhouse, Thann, Bitschwiller-les-ThAnn, Cernay, Altkirch, Sierentz and Rixheim).

Economic, professional, technical and financial capacities sufficient in relation to the service subject of the consultation. Justifications to be produced as to the candidate's qualities and abilities:

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership,

- declaration on the honor of the candidate justifying that he does not enterin none of the cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 concerning bidding bids to be submitted accompanied by the documents referred to in Articles 48-I and 51 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3 .2016 relating to public markets.

This consultation follows a consultation launched in the course of the adapted procedure, declared withoutyou. The hospital group of the region of Mulhouse South Alsace - 87 avenue d 'Altkirch - BP 1070 - 68051 Mulhouse Cedex, as a supporting institution of the Regional Hospital Group (GHT) of Haute Alsace, has jurisdiction to pass the markets to the name of the establishments making up the GHT of Haute Alsace:

- the hospital group of the Mulhouse Sud Alsace region - 87 avenue d'Altkirch - BP1070 - 68051 Mulhouse Cedex, - the Rouffach Hospital Center - 27 rue du 4 RSM - 68250 Rouffach, - the Pfastatt Hospital Center - 1 Henri Haeffely Street - 68120 Pfastatt

This consultation concerns only GHRMSA. The payment of the expenses will be made by bank transfer.

- resources according to the forecast statement of receipts and expenses (EPRD) of GHRMSA,

- the global payment periodby administrative mandate can not exceed 50 days according to the provisions of article 183 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, - the prices are revisable in the event of renewal,

- an advance will be granted according to the modalities of articles 110 to 113 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets. In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Ordinancee n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and articles 39 to 42 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the public person has made available the consultation file by electronic way.
