Safety Coordination Service during the execution phase (CSE) of the construction works for the voluntary staff adaptation of block 8 Duca Degli Abruzzi barracks La Spezia

According to the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the code, competitors must possess the following requirements:

- registration with the competent ordersprofessional pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 2 of the code,

- registration in the register of companies at the CCIAA for the activity in question,

- possession of the requirements pursuant to art. 98 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and as amended for the professional indicated as executor of the coordination of safety during execution.

The S.A. reserves the right to:

a) not proceed with the award in the event that nonethe offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the contractual object;

b) proceed with the award even if there is only one valid offer;

c) suspend, re-order or not award the tender reasonably;

d) do not reasonably conclude the contracts even if the award has previously taken place.

The competitors, with the presentation of the offers, allow the treatmentof your data, including personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, for the requirements of the contractual procedures.

Partial and / or conditional offers are not allowed.

For the safety coordination service during execution (CSE) reported in this document inspection is mandatory.

The stipulation of the contract, notwithstanding the provisions of art. 32, paragraph 8 del Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, will take place within 180 days from the effective date of the final award referred to in paragraph 7 of the same article.

Therefore, under penalty of exclusion, the tenderer must commit to keep the offer valid for 240 natural and consecutive days from the deadline for receipt of offers and in any case, pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 andsubsequent amendments up to 180 natural and consecutive days from the effective date of the final award.

Pursuant to art. 73, paragraph 4 of the code and as a result of the MIT decree of 02.12.2016 published on the Official Gazette no. 20 of 25.1.2017, the costs for the publication of the notices and notices in the Official Gazette and in the newspapers are reimbursed by the successful tenderer to the contracting authority within 60 days of the award.
