Insurance for the liability of the State Attorney`s Office for third-party damage caused by the activity of the enterprise

The insurance must cover the liability of both the legal entity and the persons representing the legal entity, as well as persons in employment with it, including:

The liability of the insured for the material and non-material damage caused to third parties in the event of an insurance event or series of events, regardless of the place of the event and in accordance with AVN 98, insofar as the latter do not contradict the insurance contract. loss or damage to equipment and aircraft nbut land (namely, at any time when the aircraft is not in flight) and in flight (namely, the time beginning with the actual run-off at the departure of the aircraft and continuing thereafter until it completes its landing run after landing; refers to helicopters, flight is considered to mean the time the rotors are in motion) and provided that this loss or damage iscaused in connection with the provision of air navigation services within the boundaries of the civil airspace serviced. to third parties on or in the occasion of exercisingthe commitments of the insured in connection with his participation in commercial and / or civil companies and / or international organizations under the conditions of Art. 53b, item 4. and item 6 of the Civil Insurance Act, which are automatically included in the insurance policy.insured or arising from the provision of services related to his subject of activity which are automatically included in the insurance policy.

The following must be an integral part of the insurance: Lloyd`s Aviation Clauses or equivalent:

a) AVN 98 - Aviation Product Insurance, Flight Suspension and Other Aviation Liabilities (except Sections I, II, III, V, as well as aviation product extension);

b) AVN 52G - Extended Aviation Liability Coverage Clause on Military and Related Risks;

c) AVN 41A - Reinsurance and claim management guarantee clause;

d) AVN 59 - non-aviation liability clause;

e) AVN 6A - insurance payment clausepremium for the participant`s proposal;

f) Cut through Clause - clause for shortening the payment procedure;

g) AVN 2001A, 2002A - risk exclusion clauses or limited coverage of date recognition risks;

h) AVN 14 - limitation and no liability clause;

i) clause "Expansion for hospital treatment costs".

Insurance period - 24 msits from 00:00 hours on 5/20/2020 (not earlier than this date) to 24:00 hours on 5/19/2022 (not earlier than this date)

Insurance amount (limit on liability): USD 1 200 000 000 but not less than SDR 700 000 000 for each event and in the main coverage unit, such as:

(a) liability for claims of personal injury under the personal injury extensionpart of AVN 98, is limited to the amount of $ 25, 000, 000 for each event and in the aggregate for the life of the insurance within the policy liability limit, but not in addition to that limit;

(b) liability for coverage provided by the Extended Coverage Clause with respect to military and related risks under clause AVN 52G is limited to 150, 000000 USD for each event and in the unit for the duration of the insurance within the limit of liability of the policy, but not in addition to this limit ...

1.2. has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of resignation, similar to those referred to in point 1.1, in another Member State or a third country;

1.3. there are duties to dotaxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code and the interest thereon to the state or the municipality at the registered office of the assignor and the participant, or similar obligations under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established, proved by an enacted act of competent authority;

1.4. there is inequality in Figsstudy under Art. 44, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act;

1.5. has been found to: removal or fulfillment of selection criteria;

1.6. is logged inby virtue of a criminal decree or court decision, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the state in which the participant isinstalled;

1.7. there is a conflict of interest that cannot be resolved;

2. The contracting authority also removes from the procedure:

2.1. a tenderer who does not meet the selection criteria or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the contract notice or in the documentation;

2.7. a person who has violated the prohibition under Art. 101, para. 9 or 10 of the Public Procurement Act;

2.8. participants who are registeredregistered in a jurisdictional preferential tax regime (UDRP) or controlled by a person who is registered in the UDRD or participates in a civil society / consortium in which a company incorporated in the UDRDR pursuant to Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in JUPDR, the persons controlled by them and their real owners (ZIFODRUPDRKLDS), axisif any of the exceptions under Art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDLDS;

2.9. participants, who were found to be applying an exception under Art. 4 of the ZIFODREPDRCLDS (in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, item 3, item "a" of the ZIFODREPDRCLDS);
