The Purpose of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and Insurance"Accident to the driver and passengers in the vehicle" is the provision of insurance coverage for events occurring when using the official vehicles of the PWB in the fulfillment of all tasks related to the provision of daily activities.

The purpose of the compulsory motor third party liability insuranceand accident insurance for driver and passengers in motor vehicles is the provision of insurance coverage for events occurring when using the official motor vehicles of PBU, in the fulfillment of all tasks related to the provision of daily business. is to provide insurance coverage for events occurring in the use of PRB service vehicles at andfor the performance of all tasks related to the provision of daily business.

The insurance services provided by the public procurement are as follows: "Motor Third Party Liability" - 286 motor vehicles. "Auto Casco" - 285 motor vehicles. Accident to the driver and passengers in the motor vehicle - 285 motor vehicles.up to 30% (thirty percent) of the estimated value of the contract without VAT, including insurance premiums, contributions to the Guarantee Fund, value of stickers. The value of the option is included in the estimated value of the contract. scope of the option, including the provision of insurance services for 20 cars.

Minimum requirement:

The participant should have a valid license (s)and / or a valid permit (s) or similar document (s) to carry out insurance business on the subject of this public procurement in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA in accordance with the Code of Insurance, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission and / or by another competent authority valid at the time of the submission of the offer and including the insurance covered by this procurementka.

Foreign participants should hold a valid license (s) and / or a valid insurance license (s) under Bulgarian law or a similar document (s) issued under the law of the Member State in which the participant is established, valid at the time of submission of the offer and including the insurance subject to this public

The license / permit, or other similar document, should be maintained valid for the entire duration of the contract.

2. Source of funding. This OPO is financed by the PBO budget.

The same is assigned aspart (heading) of OPO with the subject: "Provision of insurance services for the needs of the Prosecutor`s Office of the Republic of BULGARIA, under 3 OPs, for the following types of insurance: OP # 1:" Motor Third Party Liability Insurance, "" Motor Casco "and voluntary accident insurance for driver and passengers in motor vehicles for official vehicles of the Prosecutor`s Office of the Republic of BULGARIA"; OP # 2: Insurancea "Accident" by the Attorney General`s Office of Defense "; OP # 3: "Sickness Insurance" for employees of the Attorney General`s Office (OHS), whose PS is BGN 208 370 without incl. VAT for OP № 2 is 10 550 BGN without VAT, and for OP № 3 - 18 820 BGN without VAT. PS of OP № 2 and № 3 are below 156 464 BGN and their total value does not exceed 20% of the PS of the order. As each of PC of OP № 2 and № 3 is below BGN 30 000 without VAT, they fall within the scope of art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the foregoing and on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, OP № 2 and № 3 shall be assigned according to the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PPA - by direct award and are not part of the present procedure. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and in conjunction with Art. 20, para. 9 of the Public Procurement Law, the residual value (being the PS hand OP No. 1) is assigned to this OP by an open PPA procedure.

5. The payment of the contract price will be made as follows: Payment shall be made within 10 working days after the contractor has issued the insurance policy (s), accompanied by the acceptance and acceptance protocols, signed by the contractor. representatives of performersfir and in.
