Open procedure tender for the assignment of insurance coverage services for the reclamation consortium - 14 lots.

- Open procedure, divided into 14 (fourteen) lots, for the assignment of insurance coverage services for the reclamation consortium, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months 12 (twelve) optional months,

Lot 1 - PolFIRE - CIG: 8040289062; • The starting price for Lot 1 is € 7, 500.00 (VAT-free amount including insurance taxes) - subject to discount and not exceeded for penalty of exclusion from the tender; tender the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and the subjects in co-insurance regime pursuant to art. 1911 of the civil code.

EParticipation in the tender of competitors who meet the general requirements and professional suitability, pursuant to art. 80 and 83, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Legislative Decree 80/2016, provided for in the Tender Regulations.

All economic operators who intend to compete must present, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the documents / declarations in the manner described in Ditender rules.

Individuals who intend to compete for one or more lots must be in possession, under penalty of exclusion, of the eligibility requirements set forth in the Tender Regulations in point 7.1 Registration in the register of C.C.I.A.A. IVASS authorization.

In order to ensure the possession of the economic and financial capacity, adequate for the recruitment of the contract, the subjects that intendcompeting for one or more lots must, under penalty of exclusion, be in possession of the economic / financial requisites provided for in the Tender Regulations in point 7.2. / declarations required by the Tender Regulations.

The electronic package must be presented on the platform reachedcan be sent to the address https://bonificacellina-appalti.maggiolicloud.it/PortaleAppalti/ within and no later than the deadline referred to in the previous point IV.2.2) under penalty of inadmissibility of the offer itself and, in any case, non-admission to the procedure . It is reiterated that offers received with different methods will not be accepted.

The timely sending of the electronic parcel remains at the exclusive care of the bidder, excluding any liability of the reclamation consortium in the event that, for any reason, the electronic parcel does not reach the aforementioned deadline by the established deadline,

b) all communications relating to this tender, from which commence the terms essential to the tender, will be made to the current companies - pursuant to the D.Lgs. N. 82/2005 by communication to the certified e-mail address (PEC), to be indicated at the time of the offer. Any changes to the PEC address or temporary problems in the use of this form of communication must be promptly reported to the consortium, at the PEC address gare@pec.cbcm.it otherwise the consortium declines all responsibility for late or non-deliverycommunications;

c) the tender will be carried out in accordance with the procedures set forth in Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, with awarding even in the presence of a single offer. The offer is not binding for the consortium, which reserves the right to:

a) not proceed with the awarding, in the event that no bid submitted is deemed suitable;

b) suspend, redirect or revoke the tender orreduce the quantities of each product in the tender, due to unexpected unavailability of financial resources or changed logistic requirements that cannot be foreseen and in consideration that the quantities of manufactured goods in supply are susceptible to variations to guarantee maximum adherence to local situations and conditioned by changing needs operational;

d) expenses for the publicin the newspapers and in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic - 5th special series public contracts of the notice relating to this procedure shall be reimbursed by the economic operator awarded (combined article 34, paragraph 35 of Legislative Decree 179/2012, converted with law No. 221/2012 and article 216, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments ii.Infrastructure and Transport Office published in the G.U. 25/01/2017, n. 20).

Reimbursement of advertising expenses: The expenses incurred by the contracting station for the publication in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic of the announcement and the outcome of the tender are to be paid by the contractor and must be reimbursed to the contracting station by the deadline of 60 (sixty) days from the agjudging.

Since the tender is subdivided into lots, the costs will be divided among the successful bidders in proportion to the percentage of each lot.

The costs related to the publication are estimated, as an indication, in a total of EUR 2 000.00 (Two thousand / 00 );

f) it is possible to obtain clarifications on this procedure by proposing written questions to be sent to the RUP, toThe PEC address gare@pec.cbcm.it within 10 (ten) days before the deadline for the submission of offers. Therefore, replies to the questions received after the indicated deadline will not be provided. Requests for clarifications must be made exclusively in Italian;
