Lot no. 1 - civil liability (RCT / O).

Annual amount: EUR 106 000.00.

Possible technical extension (6 months): 53 000.00 EUR.

Overall amount of the 2020-2023 premium: EUR 477, 000.00.

Admitted subjects.

Participation is reserved to insurance companies having legal representation and permanent establishment in Italy, in possession of the authorization to exercise theprivate insurance with reference to the branch of the lot for which the offer is presented, based on Legislative Decree no. 209/2005, in accordance with articles 45, 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. Individuals based in countries other than ITALY are eligible to participate in the conditions and in the manner provided for in articles 23, 24 and 28 of Legislative Decree 209/2005.

Deposits and guarantees required under penalty of exclusion of the offdue.

The offer must be accompanied, in relation to each lot for which it is involved, by provisional bail pursuant to art. 93, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i

The other conditions of participation are reported in the Tender Regulations.

1) Possession of a Solvency capital requirement ratio (SCRR) equal to at least 125% at the date of presentation of the offer;alternatively:

2) possession of a classification (rating) equal to or greater than BBB- if issued by Standard & Poor`s or by Fitch Rating, equal to or greater than Baa3 if issued by the Moody`s Agency or an equivalent rating valid for the date of submission of tenders.

The tenderer must prove the requirement by presenting suitable documentation.

1) Subcontracting.

Subcontracting is allowed inthe forms provided for by art. 150, Legislative Decree 50/2016;

2) validation.

In order to satisfy the possession of the requisites pursuant to letters b) and c) of paragraph 1 of article 83, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and admissible l availment in the forms and within the limits of article 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. The requirement of professional suitability (letter a), paragraph 1, article 83, Legislative Decree 50/2016 is not susceptible to damagethe problem being a subjective and as such an unbeatable requirement (see Council of State, section V), 30.4.2015 n. 2191). In accordance with the provisions of article 89, Legislative Decree n. 50/2016, the competitor who intends to have recourse to the recovery will have to attach to the offer the specific documents requested in the Tender Regulations;
