Open procedure for awarding the insurance coverage service against damage to immovable and movable assets of the Municipality of Imola - period 3.8.2019-31.12.2020.

Service for the insurance cooperative against all damage to the property assets and mobile of the Municipality of Imola.

Insurance coverage against all damage to immoblique and movable property of the Municipality of Imola.

1) registration with the Chamber of Commerce for the category related to the subject of the contract;

2) authorization for the exercise of the insurance activity on the Italian territory envisaged with reference to the insurance branch subject of the procedure:

- for economic operators having their registered office in Italy: possession of the authorization issued by IVASS or other documentssimilar decision issued by the competent ministry pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005,

- for economic operators having their registered office in another Member State of the European Union: being able to exercise the activity in ITALY under the establishment regime (referred to the branch insurance subject of this procedure) through the general representative of the secondary office operating in ITALY, pursuant to and forthe effects of art. 23 of Legislative Decree 209/2005 or alternatively they must be able to exercise the activity in Italy under the freedom of provision of services (referring to the insurance branch covered by this procedure) since, pursuant to art. 24 of Legislative Decree 209/2005 of the IVASS attestation concerning the regularity of the documentation received, as well as of having communicated to the Office ofthe Rome register and IVASS the appointment of its tax representative, - for economic operators having their registered office in a third State: they must be able to exercise their activity in ITALY (referred to the insurance branch subject of this procedure).

- The present call for tenders is supplemented by the tender specifications and its annexes, the special specification, the illustrative technical report, from the list of assets of the Municipality of Imola,

- the value indicated in points II.1.5) and II.2.6) and including taxes and fees,

- the authority responsible for the tender procedure reserves the right to award the service in question even in the presence of only one valid offer deemed appropriate,

- and arbitration jurisdiction excluded,

- responsible for the NCI tender procedure: Passatempi dott.ssa Stefania,

- Sole manager of the proceedings of the Municipality of Imola: Dr. Galassi Veronica.
