The present consultation is for the provision of insurance services for the City of Thiais. It is divided into 4 lots:

The purpose of this lot is to guarantee theresponsibilities that may be the responsibility of the community as a result of its activities, skills, services, persons in its service or in its custody. It is also intended to ensure, in the event of the occurrence of a guaranteed dispute, the protection of the rights of insurance, either in an amicable framework or in a judicial framework if a transactional solution is not found. copy of the judgment (s)if pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership, - declaration on the honor of the candidate justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 concerning bids to tender, - declaration of the honor of the candidate attesting that he is in good standing, during the year preceding that in which it takes place-the launch of the consultation, under Articles L. 5212-1, L. 5212-2, L. 5212 5 and L. 5212-9 of the Labor Code, concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- if the candidate is established in France, a declaration on the honor of the candidate justifying that the work is performed by employees regularly employed under Articles L. 1221-10, L. 3243-2 and R. 3243-1 of the Code of-(where the candidate employs employees in accordance with Article D. 8222-5-3 of the Labor Code)

Each of the 4 lots shall take effect from 1.1.2019. They are concluded for a period of 4 years, with annual cancellation by each of the parties, subject to a notice of 4 months before the annual market, ie December 31 of each year.
