Services Providing Property and Non-Property Insurance Services to the Ministry of Environment and Waters with 5 distinct positions

Through this procedure for the purpose of awarding a public contract is to conclude an insurance contractservant, namely providing insurance protection to the property and non-material interests of the assignee by assuming the risk of occurrence of insured events under the terms of this documentation. The subject of this contract is divided into 5 separate lots as follows:

Main Site: Casco Insurance and Accident Insurancecover the insurance events occurring on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA

Casco Insurance of 396 vehicles on the list

1.Covered risks - total or partial loss of motor vehicles owned by the MOEW as a result of:

- earthquake, fire, including the consequences of its extinction, lightning, explosion, storm, hurricane, flood, landslide and collapse, heavy rain, hail, damagefrom snow and ice bursting, bursting of water, sewage, gas and steam pipelines, from a flying device or from an object falling from it or from falling trees or branches, - a collision or a stroke by motor vehicles and / or other physical bodies, including traffic accidents under the Road Traffic Act, - damage to the insured vehicle in a parked- theft of the whole vehicle, - theft of equipment permanently installed in the saloon of the vehicle,

- robbery,

- theft of the vehicle, unlawful seizure of the vehicle for the purpose of use, - intentional arson and explosion. Occupational Injury Insurance of MOEW Vehicles:

1 Coatings - Insurance covers eventsrelated to life, health or bodily integrity, resulting from an accident, the insurance cover covering all places in the MOEW vehicles listed in the list (Annex 1a) recorded in the registration certificate of the vehicle, including the driver's seat, and is in force from the time of embarkation into the vehicle until disembarkation. Covered risks - payment of indemnityfor injured persons who are in the MOEW motor vehicle, when following a road accident there is an accident leading to: - death of the persons in the vehicle, - permanent loss of working capacity of the persons in the motor vehicle, temporary loss of working capacity of the persons in the vehicle.

Participants, according to the requirement of Art. 12 of the Insurance Code must hold a valid license (s)a license issued by a competent body for performing insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, including all types of insurance subject to the respective lot for which it is bidding, and the foreign persons - equivalent equivalent of a document under the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. License / Allowed• Compliance with this requirement requires participants to fill in information about the license held in Part IV, Section A, in the EDEDOP (Annex 2) to the tender dossier. of its compliance with this requirement in the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPA, the participants present a certified copy of the CAa license / authorization issued by a competent body to carry out insurance business in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, covering all types of insurance subject to the relevant lot, and the foreign equivalent - a document equivalent according to the legislation of the Member State, in which they are established.
