The purpose of this invitation to tender is the underwriting of insurance contracts-grouping of orders forms between the city, the CCAS and the caisse des ecoles de Petit-Quevilly. The consultation is carried out in the form of a call for tenders made pursuant to Articles 12, 25, 66 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets and Article 28 of the Order of 23.7.2015 and Article L. 1414-3 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities(CGCT).
