Insurance service covering the various risks

Provisional security deposit equal to 2% of the estimated amount of the contract; in the case of participation in several lots, a single security deposit equal to 2% of the total amount of the lots for which it participates may be presented. Professional Qualification Requirements (Article 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016)

Economic Operators, if Italian citizens or other EU Member States resident in Italy, must be entered in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for the craft, or with the competent professio ordersnal. To the subject of another Member State not resident in Italy, and proof of registration (according to the procedures in force in the State of residence) in one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI to the Code, by sworn declaration or according to procedures in force in the Member State in which it is established, or by way of attestation, under its responsibilitylita, that the certificate produced has been issued by one of the professional or commercial registries established in the country in which it resides;

Companies having their registered office in Italy must possess IVASS authorization (Insurance Supervision Institute) or other similar documentation issued by Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning (now Ministry of Development-economic) and / or by the CIPE, to the exercise in Italy in the insurance classes relating to the lots to which the economic operators intend to participate (for companies having their registered office in Italy);

Companies having their registered office in a Member State of the European Union other than Italy wishing to participate:

- under the freedom of establishment regime must possess IVASS authorization (Istituto per la ViInsurance coverage) or other similar documentation issued by the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning (now the Ministry of Economic Development) and / or by the CIPE, referring to the insurance branches relating to the lots to which it intends to participate through its secondary office in Italy,
