Complex insurance of the assets of the public procurer

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive insurance of the assets of the public procurer obtained mainly from the structural funds of the European Union. Public procurement may be awarded to a business entity that meets the exigent terms of a person's personal status under Section 32 1 Act no.343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The Applicant shall prove that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with the single euroby means of a document pursuant to - 39 par. 1 law. The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. The public contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant demonstrates compliance with the terms of the participationalso in public procurement. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant. In the event that the procurement procedure is awarded to a group of contractors, proof of compliance with the conditions of participation in respect of each individual member of the group shall be required. The fulfillment of the condition of part time according to - 32 par. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to that part-of the subject of the procurement to be secured.

Remediation:
