The NDR is in charge of the contract for the provision of support for property, transport and liability insurance with the participation of the following public legal broadcasting corporations:

The subject of the tender is paraconclusion of a contract on the insurance coverage of the property, transport and liability insurance of the ARD by a neutral insurance supervisor. The term "care" refers in particular to the complete processing and regulation in the event of damage, but also the comprehensive advice, administration and monitoring of the insurance contracts to be supervised. The duration of the Vertrages starts on 1.7.2019, 00.01 clock and ends at the earliest on 31.12.2021, 00.00 clock. The contract will be tacitly extended by 1 year if not previously terminated as agreed.
